These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of UltroLyric’s website and AI song generation service. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Account
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
2. Plans and Credits
- Free tier: 50 credits and 1 download every 30 days (MP3 only, no commercial rights).
- Paid plans: Credits and download limits as listed on the Pricing page. Credits and downloads reset on your original monthly signup date. Unused credits do not roll over.
- Each song generation costs 10 credits.
3. Song Ownership and Rights
You retain ownership of the lyrics you submit. Generated songs are licensed to you as follows:
- Free tier: Personal use only. No commercial rights.
- Paid plans: Commercial use rights included. You may use generated songs in your projects, content, and products.
You are responsible for ensuring your lyrics do not infringe third-party rights. See the Song Rights page for full details.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Submit content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes others’ rights.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, abuse, or overload the service.
- Resell or redistribute the service itself without permission.
5. Payments and Cancellation
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly as selected. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.
6. Service Availability
We strive to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features with notice where reasonable.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, UltroLyric is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
